Hole 1

The starting hole at Granite Springs is a Par 5 with a slight dogleg to the left. The pond in the fairway, directly in front of the tee will test your judgement to drive short or long. A drive played to the right side of the tee would be your best approach to the green. Your approach shot is rather unforgiving, with the green nestled within four mounds and guarded on the right by two partially hidden ponds. A shot played to the left of the green would be your best bet. An excellent opening hole, preparing you for the upcoming challenges.
